C18. 2 storeys, rough rendered, with pantile roof with stacks at gable ends. insct
Diagonal-set brick eaves cornice. Rusticated quoins. Rendered plinth with inset
foot scraper. Brick coped gable ends now rendered. 3 windows, 2 outer are modern3-light casements, the centre is narrower, hung sashes with glazing bars, narrow surround. 2 windows to ground floor are modern casements of 3 lights. Plain modern door in plain surround. Included as part of a group.

Nos 1 and 5 form a group.
