Barn. C17/C18. Timber frame. Weatherboarded on brick base with brick
end walls. Corrugated asbestos roof. 7 bays. Interior: queen struts clasp
purlins. Straight braces to tie beams with lap joints. Lean-to brick
extension to E. Included for their group value are the attached slate
roofed lower range of stables to E and the rat-trap bonded stock brick
barn further E. Together these buildings form a half H on plan.
