C17 timber framed building partly re-fronted in late C18 to match Holmhurst
adjoining. 2 storeys, one window. Brown brick, red brick cornice and
dressings, brown brick parapet, high pitched tiled roof. Gauged, red
brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars and to door with cornice
head and fanlight, both in stucco-lined reveals. On East return, 2-storey,
projecting part of old building with blank rendered, jettied 1st floor
under high pitched, tiled roof; and one window on ground floor.
