1907-8 by W H Cowlishaw. Pair of semi-detached houses in Yeoman Tudor style.
Edwardian 'butterfly' plan. Two storeys. Symmetrical facade, fenestration
2:2:2 with paired, gabled bays on returns. Tiled roof. Panelled brick stacks
with moulded caps. Roughcast walls; gables partly tile-hung. Brick plinth
decorated with header chequerwork. Transom and mullion casement windows
with leaded lights. Windows in end gables with segmental arched heads.
Recessed, round-arched doorways.
