Earlier C18 house of 2 storeys in blue brick dressed with red. Deep modillioned
cornice below a steep tiled roof, hipped at the Northern end, with three
round-headed dormers. Ground floor, all modern shop-windows; in upper
storey, a slightly projecting bay, dressed in red, contains the central
window of 5 sashed windows, all in broad flush frames. The cornice over
this central bay is raised by an extra dentil course and breaks out upwards
through the bottom of the roof.

Nos 16 to 26 (consec) form a group.
