C18 house and wings, now sub-divided. Red brick centre 5 windows wide
of 3 storeys with first floor band, eaves entablature, roof parapet.
Pale grey brickwork at angles with quoins above ground floor, pilasters.
Sashes with glazing bars in reveals under flat arches. Central wooden
porch with fluted Doric pillars and pilasters, entablature with triple
keystone, from which formerly projected an early C19 iron lamp; narrow
round arched side windows. Tall door of 8 fielded panels in rusticated
surround. East side elevation plaque bears date 1735. Main block said
to contain 3 earlier C18 panelled rooms, 1 on ground floor, 2 on first.
2 storey east wing has 4 sash windows. West wing of 2 storeys and attics
has 5 sash windows, 4 box dormers in Welsh slated roof behind parapet
and corbelled cornice.

Nos 1, 1B 3, 5, 7, 17, 19, 23, to 31, (odd), 31A, 33, 33A, 35 and 43 to 57
(odd) form a group.
