Circa 1906 by Parker and Unwin. Built as gardener's cottage of "Glaed Hame"
in the vernacular, Voysey manner. One and a half storeys. Two bays bisected
by large tapering brick stacks. Tiled roof with projecting eaves carried
on tile quoin brackets. Painted roughcast walls with tiled gable bands.
Brick stack with dentil cornice. Hipped pair of casement dormers with glazing
bars. Irregular fenestration of one and two light wooden casement windows
with tile labels and glazing bars. Recessed entrance.
