c.1830. Painted stucco, slate roof. Three-storey house at right angles to street.
South side, one window. Projecting ground floor. first floor sash window with
architrave surround and bracketed cornice. Round-headed second floor sash in
bracketed gable-pediment, broken at bottom. Main east elevation. Symmetrical,
3 window. Central Greek revival doorcase with consoles on slim pedestals, deep
cornice and large gola. Approached by old flagstone steps. Original sashes, top ones
square. Band between first and second floor. Deep plain eaves. Good setting with
tall pine trees.
