GV II

House. Early C19. Rendered with slate and tiled roof. Two storeys on plinth with
ramped parapet and stacks to end left and end right. Regular fenestration
of 3 sashes on first floor and 2 on ground floor with shutters. Central
door of 6 panels with rectangular fanlight and flat hood on brackets and
moulded door case. Large, later rear wing, with 2 storey canted bay and
glazing bar sashes. Name inscribed on scroll over door. Included for
group value with Holly Lodge.
