C16 timber frame, refaced mid C19. Plastered. Old tile roof. Two storeys. Two gable ends to street with pierced, cusped bargeboards and two , three-light casement windows with Tudor hood mouldes. Small, blocked attic window in larger north gable. Modern shop.

Interior with exposed floor beams and joists at front. Mid-C17, brick and timber frame rear extension on north. Four blocked windows to north elevation and C19 stock brick chimneys. Horizontal sash window east gable end.
