House, early C19; believed to have been built in 1809 for a member of the
Driver family of Deerbolt Hall. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Gault brick; a shallow
pilaster at each bay, the outer pair inset from the corners. At the head of
each pilaster is an enriched Ionic capital, and above each is a small patera
of terracotta. Hipped slated roof with internal chimneys of gault brick.
Small-pane sashes with moulded cornices. Pair of glazed panelled entrance
doors with border panes; the lower panels are solid. Greek Doric portico
porch with flat triglyph-enriched entablature.
