Circa 1830 by James Burton. Stuccoed. Parapet and cornice. Slate roofs. Three storeys, attic and basement. Eight windows. Round-headed ground floor windows and doorways with semi-circular fanlights. Nos. 111 and 114 have first floor iron balconettes, the centre two Nos. 112 and 113 have first floor French windows onto balconies with wooden balustrading and canopies. Sashes without glazing bars, some replaced by modern casements. Flat roofed dormers, No. 111 with large modern dormer. Balustraded basement area.

Nos 111 to 127 (consec) form a group.
