Circa 1840. Stuccoed with rusticated quoins. Balustraded parapet above
bracketed eaves cornice. Band below eaves and at 2nd floor sill height. 3 storeys,
6 windows with recessed, 1 window portion on east side. Flanking porches with
fluted Doric columns. Balustraded parapets, entablatures with friezes and cornices.
Round headed, panelled doors set in rusticated surrounds. Fanlights. Engaged
pillars between windows, those of 1st floor pedimented.

No 52 with its garden wall, gate piers and railings forms a group with Nos 54
and 58.
