Mid C18. Red brick with bands at first and second floors. Stuccoed plinth, plain side pilasters and moulded eaves cornice. Three storeys. Four windows and three-light angular bay with moulding at sides. Plain keyblocks throughout. Barred sashes. Entrance bay slightly advanced. Glazed segmental headed recessed door with fanlight and modern side lights, all contained in flat arch of rubbed brick with keyblock. Western carriageway arch under building.
