Office building. 1840's. Stucco. Four storeys, two bays to Lord Street, curved corner bay, fourteen bays to North John Street, six bays to Harrington Street. First thirteen bays form symmetrical composition with slight differences of detail to Marldon Chambers. Ground floor has C20 shop fronts; entrance to Marldon Chambers has entablature with small pediment and inscription "MARLDON CHAMBERS".
First and second floors have Corinthian pilasters and entablature changing to engaged columns to sixth-eighth bays. All windows are sashed, a few with glazing bars, those to Marldon Chambers with architraves. Four first floor windows have pediments on consoles, others have panels above. Top cornice with pediment and antefixae supported by panelled pilasters to sixth-eighth bays, Greek gable with antefixae to second-fourth bays.
Harrington Street has three bay centre breaking forward with rusticated quoins and bracketed frieze and cornice. Broken scrolled pediment to entrance in last bay. Lord Street facade follows North John Street treatment.
