The description shall be amended to read:

Hotel. Early C19 with an addition 1971. Painted brick with a Welsh slate roof
with bracketed cornice. 3 brick chimney stacks. 3 storey, 7 bays. Off-centre
doorway with moulded wooden doorcase under glazed elliptical arch with to the
right 2 glazing bar sashes, to the left a tripartite glazing bar sash, then a
blocked doorway with elliptical arch, then 2 glazing sashes, and beyond another
doorway with glazed doors under an elliptical arch. Above 7 glazing bar sashes,
and above again 7 smaller glazing bar sashes.
