House and shop, in row. C18 or earlier, modified. Local stone rendered, ashlar lined and colourwashed; concrete
double-Roman tile roof, plain East gable; end brick chimney stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Bay 1 has 2-storey angled bay
window with pairs 4-pane sash windows under lead flat roof; bays 2 and 3 have small pane timber casements above and
shopfront of uncertain date below, with plain window and recessed doors to either side. Roof continuous with Nos.
18-20, High Street (qv), and could thus be C16 framework. Interior not seen.
