Early C19. Two storeys in brown brick with pantile roof behind parapet. Three flush hung sash windows with glazing bars under rusticated lintels with keystones. Door of six panels under radiating fanlight and in panelled reveal. Doric porch. Two windows to ground floor.

Nos 10 to 22 (even) form a group of which No 12 is local interest only.
