House, latterly shop. C18 with early-C19 re-fenestration. Limestone
rubble,roughcast at rear and sides and stuccoed to front (scored to
represent ashlar); slate roof. Large truncated external end stack
to right. 2 windows to front; glazing bar sashes, 16-pane on ground
floor to left; inserted mid- to late-C20 plate glass shop window on
ground floor to right; mid- to late-C20 plate glass shop window
extension in angle of stack to right. Central mid- to late-C20 glazed
door. Included for group value.
