Early C19. Stuccoed and of two storeys, the lower rusticated. Three sash windows
(single glazing bars) in moulded architraves; pilasters to both storeys;
moulded sill bands and eaves cornice; low parapet pierced with honeycomb
panels; recessed doorway with steps up on curved return angle. Returned
side to POSTERN GATE has two sash windows (no glazing bars). Tied on north
side with No. 1 BANK STREET.
Nos 18 to 33 (consec) form a group.
