House, now hotel annexe. Mid C19. Yellow brick with rendered plinth and
painted side walls; hipped slate roof. 2 brick chimneys. 2 storeys;
4 first-floor window. End pilasters. Side entry sash window with glazing
bars have flat gauged brick arches. Iron gutter with lions heads. C20
flat-roofed extension to right. C20 glazed passaged to left connects with
No. 6 Newmarket Road (q.v.).
