9/199 The Old Beams Restaurant
(formerly listed as "Olde
Beams Restaurant)

House now restaurant. Mid-C18. Coursed and squared rubble with red
brick front and ashlar alternating quoins and dressings; plain tile
roof with coped verges; brick integral end stacks. Aligned east-west
facing south. 3 storeys with cyma recta moulded eaves band, reduced
proportions to second floor; 2 bays, 2-light flat-face mullioned windows
containing C20 glazing bar casements, C20 window to ground floor right
within a blocked doorway; central door with chamfered surround and C20
gabled porch. Lower 2-storey, 2-bay extension to the right with single-
storey projecting gabled wing to the right hand side.
