Summerhouse in form of a riverside tower and adjoining
boundary wall to No.14A Dee Hills Park (not included) and
No.17 Deva Terrace (qv). Mid C19. Red-brown brick. The tower
is round with 2 loops facing the Dee and machicolated
crenellation. The tall adjoining wall is stepped upward with
the slope of the land.
