A terrace of 3 cottages probably formerly one dwelling. Nos. 1 & 2 early C17.
Much altered. Timber framed and plastered: No.1 has brick faced gable end and
outshuts to front and back, all pantiled roofs. No.2 has thatched roof.
Sparepenny is C19 in flint rubble with pantiled roof. Nos. 1 & 2 one storey
and attic. Scattered fenestration: C20 casements. No.2 has 2 dormers: C20
casements. No.1 has C20 entrance door: No.2 has C20 porch and boarded door.
Red brick stack between Nos. 1 and 2. No.2 has frame with stop chamfered
beams. Sparepenny is included for group value.
