C17 with alterations. 5 bays. Originally timber framed with Queen strut roof
trusses, 2 of which remain. Other trusses are replcacements and some of the walls
have been rebuilt in coursed malmstone. Weather-boarded elsewhere. Traces of
threshing doors. Included for group value.

Hoath Farm House and Barn to north-east of Hoath Farm House form a group.
