Detached house, now flats. c1819-25. By George Pocock, builder, altered. Stucco with plain band at first floor level. Slated hipped roof with projecting eaves and slab chimney-stacks. Two storeys and basement. Double fronted with three windows. Prostyle Doric portico; doorway with fluted quarter columns carrying cornice head and patterned fanlight; panelled door approached by steps. Late C20 casement windows.

INTERIOR: not inspected.

SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached low stuccoed wall with gate piers having pyramidal caps and cast-iron gate.
