University engineering and applied sciences building. 1964-66.
Sir Basil Spence. Red brick, bare board-marked concrete.
Timber windows. Flat roof. 3 storeys. South facade of 11 bays
with 'giant order' arcade having windows recessed between
projecting brick piers. Projecting arched canopy of concrete
to fifth bay from the right. Return to west largely blind with
single vertical row of windows. Adjoining staircase to south.
