GV II

House. C18; extensive C19 additions. Brick laid to Flemish
bond; renewed tile roofs with brick end and ridge stacks.
Irregular plan.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey plus attic and 2-storey wing; 3-window
range to street. Entrance in single-storey flat-roofed front
extension has overlight to 6-panel door. Windows have horned
sashes; first floor has segmental-headed window to left with
wood mullioned and transomed casement and a similar imitation
window; a 3-light imitation wood mullion and transomed window
to right. Gabled roofs. 2 attic dormers. Rear has a
timber-framed wing.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
