Cottage. c1700 with C20 addition. Dressed stone and brick with ashlar dressings to rear and coped tile roof with brick end stacks and cross-axial stack.

EXTERIOR: two stories; three-window range. Raking buttresses, including two flanking entrance, which has C20 door. Small windows with casements; late C20 addition to left end. Rear is brick with ashlar quoins, plinth, plat band and cornice. Two entrances have lintels with key blocks over C20 glazed doors; three ground floor windows have stone lintels with key blocks over two-light small-paned C20 casements; similar casements to first floor windows. Large late C20 wing to right end.
