House now two dwellings. Late C18. Red brick with roof of
black-glazed pantiles and brick stack.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey gable wall to street: irregular
fenestration. Panelled front door has 6/6 sash window on each
side and similar on first floor, all under gauged skewback
arches. Left return: 1-window front. Windows on both floors
are 8/8 unhorned sashes, that to ground floor with a gauged
skewback arch. Dentil eaves cornice. Rear: full height
outshut.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
