GV II

House, now a house and shop. Late C18, with late C19
shopfront. Brick with plain tile roof behind parapet, and a
side wall stack. Moulded stone cornice and window surrounds. 3
storeys, single bay. Shopfront has to left a recessed glazed
door and overlight, flanked to right by a plate glass window.
the fascia has decorated scroll brackets. Above, a central
glazing bar sash and above it, a smaller glazing bar sash.
