Perimeter wall to Quaker burial ground, now to recreation
area. 1697, with later rebuildings. Brick. Contains stone
tablet inscribed "This wall being 29 feet and 3 inches in
length is the property of and was built by John Savidge 1749
and 1750". Also granite slab recording ownership by Society of
Friends, date of purchase 1697 and date of closing 1855. On
walls are shields incised with numbers and letters. A number
of tombstones placed against walls are mostly illegible; one
is of 1791. Remnants of meeting house believed to remain at
entrance.
