Pair of houses and attached railings. c1830-40. Stucco over
brick with concealed roof with right end stucco stack; cast-
and wrought-iron railings and porches.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys with basement, 6 first-floor windows (3
per house). Main floors: 6/6 sashes where original, to second
floor the centre opening of each house is blind; all in plain
reveals and with sills. Basement has 4/8 sashes. Entrances:
steps to left entrances, 6-panel doors with overlights with
diamond-glazing. Continuous crowning frieze and cornice.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: porches have scrolled trellis frieze,
that to right has double-scroll to uprights; lancet railings
to sides of steps and across fronts, and with gates to
basements, stanchions have urn finials.
