House now shop. c1800-20 with mid C19 ground-floor shop front.
Stucco over brick with slate roof, brick stack to right and
cast- and wrought-iron verandah.
EXTERIOR: 2 first-floor windows. First floor: 6/6 sashes in
plain reveals. Glazed shop front with off-centre right
entrance, glazed double doors with overlight with glazing bars
between basket-arched windows with slender pilaster strips,
frieze.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: first floor has fine continuous verandah
with double-scroll motif to uprights, embellished rods to
balustrade and arcaded frieze.
