GV II

House. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with concealed roof and
left end brick stack.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. First-floor band
surmounted by 3 tall segmental-arched window recesses through
first and second floors; 1/1 sashes. Ground floor has two
replacement French windows (c1960s) with overlights and
side-lights. Central entrance a 6-panel door (part-glazed)
between slender pilasters supporting wide fanlight with
decorative glazing, in plain reveals.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
A similar design to No.88 (qv).
