House now therapy centre. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with
concealed roof and truncated left end stack.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 2 first-floor windows; (3-window range to
right return). Cornice over ground floor continues to returns,
surmounted by tall end pilasters and continuous frieze and
cornice. First and second floors have 6/6 sashes. Ground floor
has 3/6 sashes with margin-lights. Entrance to right return at
right a C20 door with overlight and Ionic half-columnar
responds. 6/6 sashes, that to ground floor with Doric
responds. Pilaster strips between windows surmount
ground-floor cornice.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Occupies a prominent position on corner with St Luke's Road.
