House. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with concealed roof, right
end brick stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Plinth; crowning
frieze, cornice and blocking course. 6/6 sashes throughout in
plain reveals and with sills. Central entrance a 4-panel door
with overlight in distyle Tuscan porch with architrave, frieze
and cornice, blocking course.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
