Villa. c1820-30, shown on 1834 map, with later alterations.
Stucco over brick with concealed roof and iron balconies and
porch.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. 2/2
horizontal-pane sashes with pair of sashes to ground floor at
left, all in plain reveals and with tooled architrave.
Entrance to centre has panelled door. Blocking course with
incised panels and copings. Single-storey outshut to left.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: balconies to first-floor windows have
rod-and-circle motif. Tent-roofed porch has embellished
uprights.
