Villa. c1820-30 with later additions and alterations. Brick
with stucco facade and concealed roof, tall end brick stacks
and iron porch.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 5 first-floor windows. 6/6 sashes where
original, in plain reveals and with sills. To ground floor at
left a canted bay. Central entrance a panelled door with
fanlight. Left return has 2-storey bow with 6/6 sashes, curved
on section.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: flat-roofed porch has rod-and-anthemion
motif to uprights.
