House. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with concealed roof, right
and stucco stack and cast- and wrought-iron porch.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Stucco detailing
includes first-floor band, full-height slender Tuscan
pilasters, architrave, frieze, cornice and blocking course.
First floor has 3/6 sashes; ground floor has 6/6 sashes, all
in plain reveals and with sills. Central entrance a
5-fielded-panel, part-glazed door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: porch has scrolled flower and leaf motif
to stanchions and frieze. First floor windows have blind
