With single-storey range extending at right (east) adjoining
Montpellier Rotunda (qv). First-floor band at left. To 6th and
7th window-bays are rounded angles. Most ground-floor windows
in wider and taller round-arched recesses. 6/6 sashes where

Facade to Montpellier Street: 2 storeys, 3:5:1:1:4 first-floor
windows. 8-window range to left (east) is taller and forms an
architectural unit with, from first floor: 1/1 horned sashes
with cambered heads and moulded impost band; continuous

raised opshots to ends, party-wall and centre of west part;
