Villa. 1847. By TE Owen. Stuccoed. Low pitch Welsh slate roof,
rendered stack to left and right. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
Symmetrical front. At centre a C20 panelled door and fanlight
recessed within 1 storey projecting porch with horizontal
rustications, opening with round arch, cornice and balustraded
parapet with corner piers. To left C20 casement and to right
C20 2-storey extension. First floor has moulded sillband with
three C20 6-pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
