GV II

House and attached garden wall. c1840-50. Flint with stone
dressings. Flat roof concealed, brick stack on left. 2
storeys, 2 bays 1 wide/1 narrow. Right tower bay projects.
Rusticated stone quoin strips. On right boarded door with
acute angle fanlight recessed within porch with acute angle
stone arch and rusticated jambs. On left and to first floor
each has paired sash with margin glazing divided by stone
colonnette, rusticated stone surround and acute angle stone
arch over each sash with blinded tympanum. Sash with similar
surround to first floor over porch. Stone crenellated parapet,
higher on right tower bay.
INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Attached flint and stone low garden wall
on front.
