Boundary pier. c1826-32. Tall ashlar pier with incised panels
and anthemion motifs; frieze, cornice and urn finials.
Approximately 2.5m high.
HISTORICAL NOTE: Park Place was developed by 1832.
A significant streetscape feature. Forms a pair with corner
pier to No.29 (qv).
