House. c1800-1830. Stucco over brick with concealed roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Ends break
forwards. Stucco detailing: breakforwards have end pilasters
with cornices and deep, segmentally-arched friezes forming
shallow recesses around windows, surmounted by first-floor
sill bands and further pilasters with sunk panels; continuous
frieze, cornice and blocking course. Replacement 1/1 sashes
throughout. Central entrance, steps to distyle Ionic porch
with entablature and blocking course, panelled door with
sidelights and overlight.
