end stucco stack with cornice; wrought-iron verandah.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows. Stucco detailing
includes first-floor band; crowning frieze, cornice and
blocking course. Replacement windows throughout, first floor
has replacement casement windows, ground floor has French
windows; all in plain reveals and with sills. Entrance to left
return has first-floor band and first-floor casement window.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: verandah has scrolled lozenges to
uprights and frieze, balustrade has scrolled quatrefoil
design.
