Farmhouse, now private house. Early C18 with C20 alterations. Brown brick; slate roof with stone coped gables and three brick stacks.

EXTERIOR: two storey, four window front. To right of centre is C20 half-glazed door beneath rectangular overlight with patterned glazing. Windows are C20 top-hung cambered-headed simulated sashes with flat arches.

INTERIOR: exposed beams and ceiling joists: four-panel door.

SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: garden walls of coursed sandstone rubble with sloped coping. Approximately 1.25m high, ramped up to left of front gate.
