Boundary pier. c1833-50. By SW Daukes. Ashlar over brick.
Octagonal on plan; plinth, cusped decoration to shafts;
quatrefoils to frieze and shaped cap.
A unique survival of a Gothic pier in The Park and an integral
part of a significant group of piers (qqv) that form a good
streetscape feature around The Park.
