Garden lodge, boundary wall and end pier. 1830s. Brick with
stone coping, concealed roof and panelled corner piers. Wall,
approx 2m high and 50m long has straight-headed archway
through to right of centre. 2 historiated roundels, of which
one is Thorwaldsen's 'Night'. The garden lodge is at the
north-east corner. Single-story angled garden lodge encrusted
with fragments of ancient reliefs, decoration and
architectural features. Central glazed doors, side windows and
angle windows in reveals.
Forms a group with Thirlestaine House, Bath Road (qv) and
South boundary wall of Thirlestaine House with garden feature,
Kew Place (qv).
