Villa, now 2 dwellings. c1834-40. Stucco over brick with
concealed roof, end brick stucco stacks to main range.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys on basement, 3 first-floor windows, with
2-storey-on-basement, 1 first-floor window range to right.
Double depth plan with central hallway and service range set
back to right. Central breakforward. Stucco detailing includes
horizontal rustication to ground floor drawn into voussoirs
over segmental arches to windows of main range; main range has
full-height Doric pilasters to ends surmounted by frieze,
cornice and blocking course; first-floor band. Main range:
first floor has 1/1 horned sashes throughout, those to ground
floor are tripartite, those to first floor in tooled
architraves. Basement has 8/8 sashes. Central entrance in
Doric porch with 2 pairs of columns and architrave with
triglyphs and metopes, blocking course. Panel door with
overlight. Range to right has 4/4 horned sash to first floor
and C20 glazed double doors with casements to each side to
ground floor. Left return has 3 blind openings to first floor
and canted bay to ground floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected.

shown as laid out on Merrett's 1834 Map.
